Job Description

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Lead the growth of GitLab's business in Italy, building the country plan and executing it effectively.
  • Establish clear operating rhythms, sales processes, and methodologies for the team.
  • Analyze pipeline, forecast, and performance data to identify opportunities and adjust plans.

Team Management and Development:

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at the executive level.

Market Expansion and Pipeline Generation:

  • Drive new logo acquisition across a broad base of medium-sized Italian businesses.
  • Build GitLab’s reputation in the Italian market by partnering with marketing and business development.
  • Shape a long-term strategy to engage larger accounts.
