Leading and managing a team of up to eight employees, driving engagement, productivity, and quality standards
Maximising recoveries and revenue while controlling operational costs
Monitoring and managing team performance against agreed targets, KPIs, and service standards

Qualifications:

Fluency in spoken and written English and German
Experience within motor claims, credit hire, or recoveries is highly desirable
Proven experience leading, coaching, or supervising a team

Requirements:

Must be able to provide a suitable home-office environment which is free from noise and any distractions
Must have a suitable alternative location from which to work in the event of an outage
Internet access provided by a cable or DSL provider - WIRED CONNECTION AT ALL TIMES
