Talent Acquisition Lead

The People team is focused on building the world’s best team and this role plays an integral role in the growth of poolside. This person will ensure we are growing at the right pace and direction. The mission for the Talent Acquisition Lead is being intentional at building the world’s best team – by leveraging different sources of talent to identify, attract and welcome every poolsider. You’ll have a first row seat at building the most impressive Applied Research and Production teams in the world. Responsibilities include leading and managing the end-to-end hiring process, representing poolside in external forums, ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to regulations, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and leveraging data to drive informed hiring decisions. Successful candidates will have fluency in English, experience in talent acquisition for technical roles, experience managing recruitment across geographies, strong analytical skills, comfort working in a hybrid environment, hands-on expertise with recruiting tools, stakeholder management skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
