About the Role:
- You'll be the named security concierge for CloakedOne's most sensitive clients—high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and top enterprise executives.
- After a client signs, you own their entire journey as their trusted point of contact.
What You'll Do:
- Own client relationships end-to-end, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing protection.
- Serve as the reachable point of contact during covered hours and handle escalations with calm.
- Translate technical realities into language non-technical principals trust.
