Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure they understand how best to use the platform.
Provide resources such as success plans, training sessions, and regular check-in calls.
Monitor customer health and intervene proactively to drive engagement.

What will you bring:

2+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management.
Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks.
High level of organization and ability to document processes.
