New Innovation & Special Projects (Contract)

About the Role:

• This part-time contract role (15–25 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ambiguous ideas into tangible outcomes.
• You'll work directly with the Strategy and Leadership team on special initiatives ranging from innovation pilots to operational improvements.

What You'll Do:

• Own and execute special projects from concept through delivery, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
• Support innovation initiatives by identifying potential partners, preparing outreach materials, and managing pilot programs.
• Create clear project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to leadership.

• Is highly organized and execution-oriented, thriving in ambiguity and solving unstructured problems.
• Communicates clearly and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Learns quickly and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

• You'll help the team execute innovation pilots more efficiently and improve visibility into project progress.
