Responsibilities:
- Provide support on activities relating to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and other strategic business initiatives.
- Work autonomously on contract drafting, review, and negotiations.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in laws and regulations to proactively address potential legal issues.
Qualifications:
- J.D Degree from accredited Law School and active legal practice.
- Corporate transaction and contracting experience required.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

- Base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
