IT Business Applications - Senior Application Manager (m/f/d)

Strategic Planning:

• Define and implement the roadmap for Core IT Business Applications, ensuring scalability.
• Ensure security and alignment with business needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance application capabilities.

Contract and License Management:

• Manage IT Business Application contracts like Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA).
• Oversee license compliance, optimization, and reporting to ensure cost-effective usage.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on renewals and budgeting for Microsoft licensing.

Technical Leadership:

• Oversee administration and lifecycle management of Core IT Business Applications like a global ITSM solution.
• Drive initiatives for workflow automation, data modeling, and process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
