Job Description
Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions or departments, with minimal oversight. Conduct structured intake meetings to capture role requirements and influence processes. Design and execute sourcing strategies, including proactive talent pipelining for recurring, low-complexity roles. Screen candidates, manage interview processes, and handle offer negotiations.
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, processes, and interview panels. Leverage recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, DEI representation) to keep stakeholders informed and adjust search strategies as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS data and generate reports to track progress against hiring goals. Collaborate with the coordinator team to ensure seamless scheduling and communication. Champion inclusive hiring by sourcing from underrepresented talent pools and mitigating bias in process design.
