Job Description

Drive revenue across Tier 2 retailers, enterprise accounts, and national distributors. Expand distribution footprint through strategic partnerships, product launches, and sell-through initiatives. Lead contract negotiations, promotional planning, and assortment expansion to maximize long-term growth. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional and channel-specific dynamics. Own the full lifecycle of distribution and enterprise accountsβ€”from onboarding to replenishment and post-launch optimization. Build senior-level relationships with buyers, category managers, and distributor executives. Align on revenue goals, merchandising strategy, and inventory planning to ensure flawless execution. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities that drive strategic channel expansion. Partner with marketing teams to support omni-channel initiatives across distribution and retail. Coordinate promotional campaigns, content optimization, and digital advertising strategies. Analyze sell-through data and shopper engagement metrics to inform future activations. Advocate for customer-centric strategies that enhance brand positioning and drive subscription growth. Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and operations to align on execution and performance. Conduct regular business reviews, leveraging data to optimize forecasting, inventory, and promotional impact. Present strategic recommendations using financial insights, case studies, and market analytics. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive shifts to ensure ongoing business optimization.
