Client Service Relationship Manager

About the Role:

• You will be the primary relationship contact for an assigned portfolio of clients across Canada.
• Represent the organization at client retirement committee meetings and deliver professional presentations.
• Provide comprehensive training to clients on products, services, and tools.

Requirements:

• Detailed knowledge of pension plans and strong technical expertise in group savings and retirement programs.
• At least five years of experience in financial services or customer service, combined with a university degree.
• Advanced French proficiency is required for client interactions across Canada.
