Team Leadership & People Management:
- Directly manage and develop a team of Partner Relationship Managers.
- Provide coaching and mentorship on partner management strategies and conflict resolution.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics focused on partner satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Partner Oversight & Operational Excellence:
- Serve as an executive escalation point for complex operational and technical issues.
- Standardize PRM workflows and best practices for technical data file exchange.
- Conduct portfolio reviews to proactively identify partner satisfaction risks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of direct people management experience leading client-facing or partner-facing teams.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare insurance, health benefits, or TPA environments.
- Strong familiarity with technical data file exchanges and how data flows support benefit plan administration.
