Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full renewal process, including coordination with internal teams, customer communications, and contract execution
  • Provide deal advisory and support commercial negotiations for complex renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Develop and maintain best practices for deal structuring, pricing, and contract terms, driving consistency and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue roles; SaaS/subscription experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles
