Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical operations initiatives.
- Develop integrated program plans, risk registers, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, and Engineering.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7-13+ years in engineering or operations within pharmaceutical or biotech GMP environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs and technology transfer projects.
