Enterprise Architect M&A Integration

Role Overview:

• This role focuses on business-focused enterprise architecture bridging capabilities, applications, technologies, and integration strategies after acquisitions.
• You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to assess current-state environments and define target-state architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Day 1, TSA Exit, and long-term integration planning, performing application rationalization and consolidation.
• Produce executive-ready architecture assessments and recommendations for successful business transformation.
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams to identify risks and dependencies.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of Enterprise Architecture experience or 5-10 years in Solution/Application Architecture with strong EA exposure.
• Mandatory previous M&A integration experience, plus familiarity with EA tools like LeanIX, Ardoq, or Bizzdesign.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations is nice to have.

Working Model:

• Remote with collaboration across UK/EU time zones, occasional travel within UK and Europe for workshops.
• Willingness to accommodate meetings with North America or APAC stakeholders when needed.
