Role Overview:
- Senior leader owning M&A integration for post-sale organizations.
- Sets strategic direction and rolls up sleeves on high-priority deals.
- Accountability anchor for external consultants and PMO execution.
What You'll Do:
- Own CEG's M&A integration strategy and serve as senior decision-maker.
- Represent CEG in company IMO, surfacing risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Sales Ops on integration execution.
Qualifications:
- 12–15+ years of experience with M&A integration in enterprise tech.
- Strong cross-functional fluency with Finance, HR, and GTM stakeholders.
- Prior IMO experience and SaaS background preferred.
