As the MedTech Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead a team of Account Partners responsible for selling Vault R&D solutions (Clinical Operations, Clinical Data, Regulatory, and Quality) to our important Enterprise customers, and be part of a dynamic and growing team focused on driving R&D excellence across the life science industry. The Enterprise Sales Director is a critical position responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of account partners who call on named medical device companies across North America.
You will hire and manage a team of A-players to create and drive business into new and existing accounts, meet/exceed pipeline generation and new revenue targets set for the team, and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C level executives.
