Job Description
Sodexo is looking for a Territory Manager – Hospitals to collaborate across functional teams to design bespoke, enterprise-level solutions that drive profitable growth. The role leads the full sales cycle—from initial connection to contract signature—while influencing client strategy and strengthening long-term partnerships. You will partner with legal, finance, and operations teams to structure and negotiate pricing models, SLAs, and governance structures that align with client priorities while mitigating risk to Sodexo.
The role requires building strategic relationships with C-suite executives and client stakeholders to uncover needs, co-create solutions, and establish long-term partnerships; maintaining a disciplined pipeline in Salesforce and lead proactive pipeline reviews; supporting client retention and rebid efforts in collaboration with operations and segment leadership.
