Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Gurobi Optimization, your primary responsibility will be managing inbound leads within your assigned territories, many of which will be generated by our Marketing Team. This role is crucial for driving additional pipelines in your specific marketplace. Your key tasks as a Gurobi SDR include generating interest among leads and scheduling appointments for our Account Managers (AMs) and Account Directors (ADs). You will be evaluated based on the number of leads you convert into sales opportunities.
You will collaborate with a small team of fellow SDRs to drive the global pipeline forward. You'll need to leverage your emotional intelligence and maintain an 'Always be selling' attitude to nurture customer relationships while your Sales Team prepares to implement prospective new accounts.
