Position Summary:
- The PMO Processes & Tools Specialist supports the PMO by enabling standardized project management practices and ensuring SSDLC compliance.
- This role partners with Project Managers, InfoSec, Engineering, and business stakeholders to embed governance and improve delivery quality.
Responsibilities:
- Enable and reinforce standardized project management practices, templates, and governance processes across the PMO.
- Administer and maintain PMO tools and platforms, manage user access, configuration, and vendor management.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain PMO KPIs to track delivery health and develop dashboards for visibility.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience supporting project delivery, PMO operations, or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in PMO tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet) and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel).
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and governance frameworks.
