Job Description
As a Territory Manager for our Fiberon decking brand, you will be working with customers of all sizes to attain financial sales goals through maintaining and growing the relationships with Distributors, Dealers, and Contractors. The ideal candidate will have experience in decking or building materials, proven track record of successful pull-through sales working with distributors, contractors, and builders, be extremely autonomous, and be available to travel overnight up to 8-10 times a month.
You will implement promotions, programs, and processes with the support of the inside sales and marketing team. Optimizing local distribution to grow Market Share and developing annual business plans will also be important parts of the job. It will also include conducting professional semi-annual Joint Business Planning Meetings with RM and local distributors.
