Recruiter - Skilled Trades Construction US Recruiting

Accountabilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for skilled trades and construction positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates such as electricians, welders, plumbers, and other skilled trades professionals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent through job boards, referrals, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional recruiting experience specifically within the skilled trades or construction industries.
• Strong sourcing expertise and a proactive, hunter-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a dynamic recruitment team.

Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $50,000–$65,000 annually with monthly performance incentives of $2,500–$3,500.
