Job Description
Lead new business sales efforts within the Private Sector. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and presenting to closing and expanding accounts — while collaborating closely with a range of cross-functional teams. What You Will Accomplish: Develop and execute strategic territory plans that drive new business and expansion within existing accounts. Lead with a consultative, solution-based sales approach to uncover customer needs and align them with our offerings. Develop strong customer relationships and deep insights regarding their use cases, internal decision-making nuances and budget cycles. Organize your own travel with customer on-site meetings and regional events. Maintain complete and accurate records in Magnet's CRM. Stay current on industry trends, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape.
