About the Role:
- Manage customer lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and re-engagement.
- Translate customer needs and product usage signals into scalable experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage lifecycle programs and map customer journeys.
- Partner with marketing teams to execute campaigns and create content.
- Analyze results using Tableau, Databricks, and PowerBI.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years in lifecycle marketing or campaigns for B2B tech.
- Experience with email, nurture, and automated customer journeys.
