About the Role:
- Manage inquiries and coordinate intakes for adults seeking substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment.
- Requires compassionate communication and independent remote work.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound calls, conduct screenings, and coordinate documentation.
- Maintain lead follow-up and track activity in CRM/EMR systems.
What We're Looking For:
- SUD admissions or behavioral health intake experience required.
- Knowledge of PHP/IOP levels of care and strong phone skills.
