Role Overview:
- Perform on-site physical and financial audits for NextGear Capital's risk organization.
- Support client-facing operations teams managing a portfolio of dealer accounts.
- Assess risk through sales documentation, inventory audits, and dealer behavior patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lot and title audits, inspect collateral, and determine dealer equity and business health.
- Travel extensively within assigned territory (Winston-Salem area) to multiple dealer locations, auctions, and repair shops.
- Present summary findings to dealers and take appropriate next steps such as re-education or collecting payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field with less than 2 years of auto industry experience (or 4 years experience in lieu of degree).
- 1-2 years audit or inspection experience preferred; proficiency in MS Office required.
- Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel regionally up to 75% of the time.
