We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented individual to lead Vanta’s talent and performance programs. In this role, you’ll design and drive the programs that shape how we evaluate, grow, and engage our team—ensuring we scale a high-performing and principles-aligned culture.
Own Vanta’s talent and performance programs end-to-end, including performance review cycles, calibration, talent reviews, continuous feedback, and succession planning. Design and evolve talent management frameworks that support growth, development, and performance across the employee lifecycle. Run performance and talent review cycles that are equitable, timely, and impactful—partnering with People Business Partners and functional leaders to calibrate performance and identify top talent.
Develop change management and communication plans for your people programs, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment across stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with leaders, managers, and People team peers to ensure all programs reinforce our high-performance and feedback-driven culture. Track and analyze program effectiveness, using data and insights to drive iterative improvements and inform strategic decisions.
