Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead HR Generalist with employee and contractor lifecycle activities.
  • Coordinate HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
  • Serve as primary HR Operations contact for Care hiring.

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ChartHop & ADP a plus).
