Global Intake Specialist - Bilingual

Client Intake & Lead Conversion:

• Conduct initial intake conversations via phone and messaging apps, delivering a high-touch, empathetic experience.
• Use a consultative, relationship-based sales approach to convert leads into clients, building trust and confidence.
• Clearly communicate the firm's intake process and manage prospective client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, capable of effective speaking, reading, and writing.
• Demonstrated experience in empathetic, client-centered service with strong phone presence and active listening.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and digital tools; legal intake experience is a plus.
