Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity. Focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search, staying abreast of industry and market specific information or trends that could impact the search. The senior recruiter will also act as a mentor to Recruiters and demonstrate innovation with their search techniques. Duties include completing detailed job scope conversations, reviewing applicants via the applicant tracking system, building and deploying effective recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing candidates via resume databases and networking sites, and using sophisticated Boolean search language. Additional duties include sourcing candidates via social media channels and deep web sourcing techniques, generating targeted lists of passive candidates, soliciting and pursuing referrals, utilizing proprietary software, and providing value propositions tailored to each candidate. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five or more year’s results-oriented recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO or agency setting. The position is remote for candidates located near Honolulu, HI or surrounding cities and will travel to local events if needed.
