Senior Recruiter

The Role:

• You will manage your own workload, prioritize open requirements
• Drive searches from intake through candidate submission without daily oversight
• Focus primarily on sourcing, not account management or sales

What You’ll Own:

• Independently source and qualify candidates for contract roles supporting large enterprises
• Manage fluctuating workloads, including periods of urgency followed by quieter intervals
• Maintain high ethical standards in candidate representation and client interaction
