Job Description
The Learning and Development Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the learning management system across the ERMCO Enterprise. This remote role focuses on enhancing the technical and operational functions of the LMS system. A strong emphasis is placed on data collection and measurement of training impact.
Responsibilities include system administration, learning management, and performance management. The analyst will configure and maintain the LMS, manage online learning content, track enrollments, implement certifications, and design performance workflows. The role also involves providing technical support, generating reports, and ensuring seamless system operations.
