About the Role:
- Full-time, exempt at-will position focusing on legal compliance for The States Project.
- Remote with up to 5-10% travel for in-person team meetings and events.
- Additional evening and weekend hours occasionally required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage codification and creation of legal guidance and trainings for The States Project.
- Day-to-day management and resolution of legal questions.
- Manage internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate Degree.
- At least 3-5 years of experience with campaign finance and state gift and ethics laws.
- Current bar admission(s) in good standing.
