Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inbound SDR at Lodgify, you will play a vital role in prequalifying inbound leads and driving our sales efforts forward. You will prequalify inbound leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email, communicating the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs. Handle a high volume of chats and incoming calls from prospective customers and effectively identifying their needs and positioning Lodgify as the ideal solution. You will work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads, enabling them to close deals efficiently. Use our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage interactions, record activity, and keep contact records updated with precision and participate in projects aimed at improving sales operations and processes.
