Ecommerce Account Manager - Native Mandarin Speaking

How you will achieve success:

• Support brand growth by identifying opportunities to increase GMV and developing competitive fulfillment solutions.
• Partner with internal teams and brand stakeholders to turn strategic initiatives into actionable plans.
• Manage day-to-day account health by monitoring key performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales.

What experiences will help you in this role:

• Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Client Services, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing e-commerce clients, account management, customer success, or project management.
