This role focuses on authentic interactions, empowering customers, and providing top tier customer service. Customer Success Representatives are the foundation to Jobber’s success, assisting users to understand features, functionality and custom workflows. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via live chat, phone, or email, troubleshooting issues, providing customer feedback, onboarding new users, hosting webinars, and maintaining documentation. They also create a knowledge base of FAQs and document customer feedback. The ideal candidate should be a people person, agile, empathetic, clear in communication, curious, reliable, resilient, and confident with technology.
