Responsibilities:
- Engage with public sector customers to provide technical expertise, including tailored demos and hands-on workshops.
- Own the technical evaluation process, including proof-of-concept design, delivery, and tender support.
- Lead Customer Success Plans and serve as a customer advocate to inform Product and Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Background in technical pre-sales or consulting with U.S. public sector or federal customers.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab and modern DevSecOps practices like CI/CD and automation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect technical solutions to mission outcomes.
Team:
- Part of a distributed team of trusted technical advisors collaborating asynchronously across time zones.
- Focus on addressing public sector challenges in security, compliance, and mission-critical software delivery.
- Contribute customer insights to shape product direction and share best practices via handbook-first practices.
