Role Overview:
- Lead a team of Solutions Architects serving public sector customers.
- Report through the sales organization and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Guide technical pre-sales work from planning through monitoring.
- Improve team practices and execution strategies with cross-functional partners.
- Model strong customer engagement by acting as a Solutions Architect on selected opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years experience in Public Sector and 2+ years leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in technical pre-sales and knowledge of modern software development and cloud computing.
- Ability to mentor others and work with managers to develop shared strategies.
