People Operations Specialist (Fixed-term)

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a People Operations Specialist (Fixed-term) in our People team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and streamline operational tasks, maintain global policies, processes, and workflows, and drive strategic goals while leveraging technology, data, and analytics. This is a 12-month fixed-term role to cover a maternity leave. Oversee core People Operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, contractor invoices, relocations, and employee queries. Drive utilization, adoption and optimization of the Remote platform and other technologies to streamline processes, improve scalability, and enhance data integrity. Provide services promptly, accurately, and while paying attention to our employees to guarantee their best performance. Maintain and improve global people policies, processes, and workflows for efficiency and scalability. Lead or contribute to strategic, cross-functional projects aligned with company goals. Leverage technology, data, and automation to optimize workflows, enhance data integrity, and reduce manual work. Provide clear documentation and act as an escalation point for complex People Operations queries. Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that enhance the employee experience.
