Job Description
The Hosting Operations team is looking for an Expert Systems Engineer to join their growing team, working closely with Business Unit leaders, Support leadership, and various partners. The responsibilities include performing application monitoring and performance troubleshooting (SQL slowness, Network, TW Application, IIS worker Process, Windows technologies, Load balance, and Azure technologies for existing and new customers. Technical Stewardship: Provide continual technical guidance and support to the project team during the PPO Client meetings.
Solution design: Provided investigate client issue and work on script to detect same issue for all hosted clients. Communication: Create architectural diagrams and documentation to effectively communicate design to the project team. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation through the project lifecycle. Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies. Participate in on-call 24X7 support.
Contribution towards the team synergy entails coaching and mentoring junior team members, completing root cause analysis, and knowledge transfer. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 10 years of related experience, strong knowledge of software applications, and excellent communication skills.
