Sr. Dir., AI Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow Platform AI as the core enterprise AI foundation, embedding AI Control Tower-style discovery, observability, and governance.
• Extend governance and reliability to non-platform AI, hyperscaler services, and multi-model orchestration.
• Own the AI-ready data foundation, including trusted data pipelines, feature serving, and data quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Direct experience with ServiceNow Platform AI and non-platform AI ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP, third-party models).
• Proven track record in architecting enterprise AI infrastructure, LLM integration, fine-tuning, and agentic AI.
• Extensive experience leading globally distributed engineering organizations with platform engineers, data engineers, and data scientists.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay range of $251,100 - $385,000 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
