Job Description

Mediafly is seeking a highly motivated Global Account Director to join its Enterprise Sales team and drive revenue growth within top-tier North American accounts. The role involves leading strategic engagements with globally recognized brands, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert on Mediafly products, leading multi-level deals with senior executives, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, and contributing to global go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in software sales, account management, or business development, along with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and selling enterprise SaaS solutions to executive-level audiences. Strong communication, consultative selling, and strategic account management skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate complex organizational environments and build long-term client relationships. Travel is required to key markets to maintain and grow strategic client relationships.
