What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for Integrated Communications roles.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to executive-level hiring managers, providing strategic guidance.
- Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber communications talent.
What You Should Have:
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior roles.
- Prior recruiting experience within a PR agency environment, focusing on pharma or biotech communications.
- Proficiency with recruiting technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Greenhouse.
