The Role:

• Senior Recruiter who personally owns manager-through-VP-level hiring across paid media, CRM/lifecycle, and performance creative.
• True talent partner to division leads, mapping markets and building pipelines for senior roles.
• Moves fast without lowering the bar.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end recruiting for manager, director, and VP-level roles across multiple agencies.
• Build and run proactive sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience, and track metrics.
• Elevate teams on hiring processes and act as a brand ambassador.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a track record of filling manager-to-VP-level roles.
• Direct experience hiring in paid media, CRM/lifecycle, and/or creative—agency experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ATS fluency.
