New Freelance Recruiter - Integrated Communications

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding, across a variety of Integrated Communications roles.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to executive-level hiring managers and business leaders, providing strategic guidance on hiring plans, market trends, and candidate assessment.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber communications talent in a competitive market.

What You Should Have:

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong track record of full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles.
• Prior recruiting experience within a PR agency environment, with a focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare communications talent.
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
