Customer Service Virtual Assistant

Role Overview:

• Provide professional inbound call and email support to customers of a satellite services company.
• Handle billing, service timelines, activations, deactivations, and login-related inquiries.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and escalate issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist with service-related concerns using company procedures.
• Process account activation/deactivation requests and complete callbacks or email follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and perform data entry tasks.

Requirements:

• Must have customer service or call center experience and strong English communication.
• Experience with billing, account inquiries, and telecommunications is preferred.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and learning established processes.
