Client Specialist (Sales)

In the Jr. Client Executive / Client Specialist role you will maintain and expand business relationships, create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and build revenue with an assigned named account(s) for Experian's FSD (Financial Services & Data) Group. You will report to the VP of Sales. Responsibilities include: Develop relationships with clients by researching and understanding their needs, responding to client concerns and problems and being the liaison between the client and internal departments. Customer service experience and project management skills. Experience in presenting to clients and internal team members.
