Job Description
The Sales Manager will develop and implement strategies at the territory and distributor levels to drive mutual growth and achieve sales targets. They will lead the distributor engagement model, including business planning, review cycles, and national chain selling strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing distributor financial expenses, designing and executing distributor incentive programs, managing execution for national and regional key accounts, and collaborating with Trade and Brand Marketing teams to enhance in-store execution. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, working with Sales Analytics and Finance teams on forecasting and demand planning, and acting as the primary contact for distributors, managing relationships with local and regional chains and key accounts. The Sales Manager will inspire and motivate distributor teams, work with Finance and Sales Analytics to optimize distributor performance and manage budgets, and shape the go-to-market strategy in partnership with the Head of Sales.
