Focus on their needs to uncover opportunities and expand partnerships, using business judgment to build relationships with key stakeholders and engage with the executive team. Exceed sales targets by driving new opportunities and expansion in existing accounts. Become an expert on the platform to address customer pain points, tailoring demos to specific outcomes. Build strong relationships, partner with the Account Management team, and ensure customer satisfaction and adoption for continuous upsell and expansion.
