The Team:

  • You will report to the Director of Brand Partnerships and manage relationships with global brand partners.
  • You will work closely with Brand, Social, Events, Growth, Creative, Managed Accounts, and Product teams.
  • This is a key role contributing to the long-term growth plan for Kraken's brand and product suite.

The Opportunity:

  • Execute brand partnerships that support Kraken's Mission, drive brand awareness, and product adoption.
  • Lead day-to-day partnership management with key partners like Atlassian Williams F1.
  • Support the partner management lifecycle: evaluating opportunities, ideating initiatives, assessing impact, budgeting, and optimization.
  • Coordinate pre-activation promotion, on-day activities, and post-activation follow-up actions.

Skills You Should HODL:

  • 6+ years of brand partnerships management, strategy, planning, and execution experience.
  • Strong time management, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functionally and communicating to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience across verticals like creator, gaming, sports, art, music, or fashion partnerships is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 20%+ of the time, both domestically and internationally.
